Boned "ornament", is the method based on tying the ham after removing the bone. This shape gives the product a rounded shape and a large slice, perfect for the most refined gastronomy.
The cured raw ham is made from fresh legs from the best European slaughterhouses, carefully selected and matured by us at our factories. As for all our hams, preservatives are not used; the ingredients list is really short: pork leg, salt and tempo.Particolarmente required is the ham slice, the most suitable cut to meet the needs of consumers who want to buy a small piece of ham to slice at home.
