All the good of Genoese pesto without garlic in four practical single portions. The main ingredient of this ancient recipe is basil. Saclà basil is cultivated in Italy and is harvested with care to preserve the tenderness of its leaves and its characteristic intense scent. Our Pesto without garlic is processed with the addition of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO and other ingredients carefully selected by our chefs. To better taste it, it is preferable to salt the cooking water a little and use a part to dilute the seasoning.
Ingredients:
Vegetable oils (sunflower, olive, virgin olive, olive pomace, rapeseed, soya), basil (33%), cashews, Grana Padano cheese PDO (7.4%) (with egg proteins), whey, salt, sugar, pine nuts (1%), extra virgin olive oil (1%), Pecorino cheese PDO (1%), acidity regulator: lactic acid, natural aroma, milk protein, antioxidant: rosemary extract. May contain traces of other nuts. Gluten-free.
